How to disable the Razer Synapse splash screen at startup
Normally, a splash display screen is an optional addition, and most users find it useless and irritating. Luckily, there is an option that can help you permanently disable the splash screen for the Razer Synapse software.
This approach works if you’re using Razer Synapse 3. If you’re using older hardware that uses Razer Synapse 2, the interface may not be similar.
To disable the pop-up window:
- Open the Razer Synapse menu by right-clicking the green Razer Synapse icon in your notification area. If you can’t find the icon, click the “Show hidden icons” arrow to the left of the system tray icons.
- Click on “Settings” and make sure you’re on the “General” tab.
- Navigate to the “Splash Screen” section and uncheck the box next to “Show on startup”.
- Exit the “Settings” window and close the Razer Synapse window.
The splash screen should not appear anymore after making these changes.

- Right-click your taskbar and open “Task Manager’.
