this file should be exactly that as what it is described here a Microsoft file. It is found in %Windir%/system32. But its purpose remains questionable. I noticed this file coming active whenever i open a powerpoint presentation. But i cant realy tell its perpuse cause the presentation will still run even if process is killed: Have not found any other dependencies but will keep an eye on it.
