Freezing my right click menu in Explorer. Disabling it fixed the problem. Not unusual

This file is creating a freezing problem on Windows 7 64 bit while right-hand clicking on a Windows Explorer item (drive mostly) to open the drop-down menu and freezing the explorer . I solved it by desabling it (Bluewire General Property Sheet) with ShellExtView freeware.
