StanDP hit the nail on the head, just about any file can be zapped with communist infested propaganda or code that tells the app to fire the atomic bombs. Systems are just to complex .. to understand them in totality. That's why we allow certain aspects to be inspected & controlled by trusted programs ... like Auslogics ... to perform the analysis that is just beyond us ... and give us choices (in layman's language) that simplifies the complexity of our systems ....

This file is normally safe but if you are seeing it in crash report or windows reports it as a missing file. You should scan your PC for viruses and also try running from the cmd window the command sfc /scannow
