Locate and double-click LocalState and see if there is a folder inside the named cache:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if you have located the folder, you have to rename it, for example, to \u2018cache.old\u2019<\/li>\n<li>then create a new folder and call it \u2018cache\u2019<\/li>\n<li>if there is no folder inside, create a new folder and name it \u2018cache\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Step 5. Restart your computer and run the Windows App Troubleshooter again.
