    3. On the \u201cInstall Windows\u201d screen, select \u201cRepair your computer\u201d.<\/li>\n
    4. This takes you to WinRE. Select Choose an option > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.<\/li>\n
    5. Press F6 on your PC to select \u201cEnable Safe Mode with Command Prompt\u201d.<\/li>\n
    6. Select your account and enter the password.<\/li>\n
    7. Type rstrui.exe in the \u201cCommand Prompt\u201d window and hit \u201cEnter\u201d.<\/li>\n
    8. Repeat the System Restore process once again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
