Follow these steps to do this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Start and select Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Type \u201cFirewall\u201d in the Find a Setting search box.<\/li>\n<li>Click Windows Firewall.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cAllow an app or feature through Windows Firewall\u201d in the left pane.<\/li>\n<li>Once the Allowed Apps window pops up, click Change Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Now, check the box next to the screen capture app to allow it. Also, check the boxes under Private and Public for the app.<\/li>\n<li>Save your changes by clicking Ok.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Fourth Fix: Check Your Firewall and Antivirus<\/h2>\n<p>If manually allowing the application through Firewall has no effect, you can temporarily turn off your Firewall and check if it works.
