Some users report an error that pops up\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with the words \u201cClass not registered\u201d when you try to open Google Chrome. Never fear! You are not the only one with this error taking place! In fact, it\u2019s one of the most common problems users face when using the most popular browser on the Internet, i.e. Google Chrome. We can tell you right off the bat\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that this is an error that has to do with your computers Registry errors, which are quite easy to fix. Follow this guide to learn what to do when Chrome is not working in Windows 10.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whenever you are faced with an error\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and before trying to adjust anything in the settings of your computer, it is advisable to create a system restore point and make a backup of all\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the personal data. If you make it into a regular habit to back up\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">your computer, this simple activity\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will save you a lot of grief in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fix 1. Open the Registry Editor. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To do that, simply type \u2018regedit\u2019 in the Search field in the bottom left corner of the Control Panel on your PC. You will have to do the same manipulation manually each time Chrome updates.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fix 2. Update Chrome. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As simple as it sounds, you might just be having a hiccup that Chrome has already fixed. Try updating the browser to see if you need to be making any adjustments whatsoever. You can also uninstall\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and reinstall\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chrome if the update has not worked\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as a fix.
