Yeah, this toolbar got installed on my domain controller (don't ask me how), then it started locking-out the account that was used to install it EVERY HOUR. Took me a couple weeks to figure out why this account kept getting locked. UGH!!!

Jenny is correct - the ASK toolbar uses updatetask.exe which calls the internet (hence zone alarm prompt)

google and click second entry. quick summary of sorts: to do with the ask.com toolbar =) if you've installed it-fine. uninstalled--not so much. never---uh...
