i have symantec endpoint protection on my corp laptop and i periodically get notifications that multiple instances of UnInject32.exe were blocked. on my desktop i have McAfee and the two apps seem to get along OK, though.

I'm having the same problem. Symantec pop-up very annoying. I just deleted the file and my laptop is running faster again. I have other software that can scan viruses and malware.

The latest 2010 upgrade by Spyware Doctor created a conflict with my Symantec spyware. Symantec will pop-up and identifies UmInject32.exe as a risk. Once I accepted the upgrade, my laptop has been having problem opening the Internet Explorer. It will open and close immediately. Curious if other people experienced this as well.
