I am using windows 7 and using Mcafee antivirus, when I give scan ,it simply run and get struck in this particular file and the scan simply runs and go on running without actually scanning, please help me to get out of this.Send email to annantha2003@gmail.com .Thanks .

I have a very strange problem, running Windows Vista home premium on a dell inspiron 1420, the Helppane.exe starts on its own andis always on top o all applications, not letting me work at all. As soon as I close it, it appears again and again immediately. I restored my system to factory image and i still get this problem!!!! can anyone help? send me email at kyrhad7@yahoo.com.
